Rovio's Bad Piggies 2 receives a soft release on iOS

Rovio Entertainment has announced the soft launch of the puzzle game Bad Piggies 2, which is now available in select locations for iOS. The game is a direct sequel to Rovio's extremely successful title, Bad Piggies, which was released a decade ago.Tackle several stages while experiencing some outstanding piggy actionFirst unveiled in mid-2021, Bad Piggies was the forerunner to the game that centred around the Angry Birds series.

Bad Piggies first came out in mid-2021 as the first version of the game based on the Angry Birds franchise. Rovio recently revealed the development work of Bad Piggies 2 was ongoing alongside other game series in October 2022.

The game encourages players to devise innovative strategies for completing challenging stages, unlocking new parts as they proceed. A workshop in Pig Village allows players to make components for Piggy customers while collecting rewards.

The most recent game has been upgraded with a new engine behind the hood, as well as a fresh coat of paint, and is perfectly optimized for high-speed action. The makers have also indicated that they want to provide regular updates with new levels and other surprises to keep Bad Piggies 2 fresh with contraption building fun.
